I pray this encourages the universal body elsewhere. Regarding my comments about being a “Liar.” The context of that admission was needing salvation from my sins. But now that the Lord has granted me repentance, a new birth, He has given me a new character; and so, I am no longer a liar.

As a Christian, I must not view the doctrine of interposition as a mere horizontal good work or accomplishment, as I am nothing but excrement in His hand. I do this vertically to imitate God and Christ. Whether it be how God interposed against David’s enemies in Psalm 144 or how Christ interposed for God’s
Today was a small crowd, I did preach both the Law and the Gospel, but here’s an excerpt.
Though this is not exegetical teaching, a street ‘preacher’ is also a ‘teacher’ (which is a gift of the Holy Spirit). Therefore he will also teach the Text (Acts 8:26-40). This morning I preached from Acts 2:32-39, I will be using this text at various places throughout this holiday season. “This Jesus God has raised
This week I’ve been keeping my mini sermons “Christmas” theme related. But not the Gerber baby Jesus that’s seen in nativity scenes. Private conversations were removed.
The more I grow in Christ (by God’s grace), the less important this day is to me, and the more important the other 364 days of the year are in regards to Christ. I look beyond the birth of Jesus, to see who Jesus truly was, truly is, and truly is to come. Why did
The Lord’s ‘power and glory’ shined throughout this glorious morning. Before I even started preaching (while distributing tracts), a lady asked me to pray for her (seen in upper left video). Then once I finished preaching, one lady sitting in line exhorts me to preach some more. Then another lady approached me encouraging me to
Too many Christians are waiting for “opportunities” to share the Gospel. In the meantime opportunities everywhere are awaiting them. Brethren, every person that God puts in our path, is an opportunity, and in this case the Lord lined them up for me. One day we’re going to give an account to God for everything. Imagine
Last Thanksgiving I spent my holiday in an ICU unit at the hospital (and their food in my room was GREAT). On Thanksgiving Day last year I received a five-fold diagnoses of having five different problems with my heart. Then only four weeks later my heart went ‘from bad to worse,’ whereas on Jan 25th,
I strive to keep my messages ‘short and sweet.’ Well not too sweet, we need to let the salt out of our shakers. I did this outreach at two locations this morning, and evangelized another place as well. Happy Thanksgiving to all.
This was from last weeks week long ‘ABC & VICE enforcement’ Gospel campaign. Frankly I spent too much time talking to this bouncer, and this is the short version. But then again, there was not a lot of customers coming in and out, so at least it was not a waste of time. What I
499 years ago today, Dr. Martin Luther nailed his 95 theses on that door, and without computers his theses went viral. Are you ready to die for Christ, and His inerrant sufficient Gospel? Though my experience is ‘trivial’ compared to Dr. Luther’s trial. Years ago an FBI Agent tried to get me to deny my
During this sermon I preached the Law and the Gospel. I warned them of unhealthy ‘churches,’ unbiblical soteriology; and false conversions. I informed them of how repentance comes to us, what we do with it; as well as a call to repentance. One fellow later responded to this message admitting that he was considering a
Just a portion of an annual ongoing labor of love. Preaching Christ’s birth, death and resurrection at ‘Christmas’ time. Music purchased at iTunes – “Raising the Cross” by John Debney. UPDATE: I no longer tell worldlings that “Jesus died for your sins.” Fact is I do not know whom Jesus will redeem, and whom He
