2 Cops won’t even look @ Daniel Penny as he surrenders to the police
Though a salute would have been more appropriate, I would have at least given him a wink & nod. I will never forget the wink & nod a Federal Grand Juror gave me inside the Los Angeles Federal Courthouse during one proceeding, and he was a man of color.
