A man & his dog runaway to pray, read, study & evangelize via RVing & camping in the Joshua Tree National Park (a video)

I’ve hit a crossroads in my life and ministry which requires lots of prayer. Though I am content with what we have, but I am not content with what I’m doing. In other words, I want to maximize my effectiveness for His glory, and for His kingdom building.

Therefore me and my favorite dog decided to run away on a three day excursion (next month I’ll return with my wife).

“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” – Genesis 1:1

I had a wonderful time praying, reading, studying, and evangelizing. Since this was an International tourist attraction. By God’s providence sinners souls from Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the utter parts of the world were right here; and many Gospel tracts were received. I even preached His glorious Gospel while standing on top of a National monument.

“Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.” – Hebrews 11:3

Since there’s no cellphone or internet connectivity out here (which was so nice), I wanted to make sure I was able to get out with Ham Radio. Thanks to the Morongo Valley Amateur Radio Club, and their repeater, I had a Command Post if anyone needed EmComm assistance.

“Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.” – Revelation 4:11
