Ministering to a dying lady in hospice – I’m not omniscient
This is an excerpt from my sermon entitled ‘John 17 – The High Priestly Prayer (preached today @ my Church),’ which can be seen here. I share this applicable story about laboring the Gospel with a 95 year old woman in hospice. It is theological malpractice to tell them they are saved while using John 3:16 or the other whosoever verses out of context, along with their improper English.
Correction: The word “omnipresent” should have been omniscient.
