Cults love casual conversationalism, but watch what happens when…

Casual conversationalism is appreciated and preferred by most of the world. But when you proclaim God’s infallible, inerrant, sufficient Word of God, they flee. Sadly much of today’s “apologetics” have become like a ‘show and tell’ in grade school. Whereas they “share” with each other on a mutual respect level. But a Christian stands upon His Sovereign authority, therefore we preach (or speak) from His authority. Fact is, God has already predestined whom His elect will be. So my responsibility is to attempt to share His Law, His Gospel, and His Word; and trust in Him for the results.

“but sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts, always being ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you, yet with gentleness and reverence;” (1 Peter 3:15).
