Folks if you’re one that believes that the only form of evangelism is the “Jesus with the woman at the well” scenario, or ‘casual conversationalism,’ you’re free to do so (and I do support those methods as well). However when you examine the Scriptures, the ‘public open-air preaching’ of the Gospel was the most utilized form of evangelism. Today many want to sugar-coat evangelism with humor, and/or our cleverness. Remember its THE GOSPEL (the Word of God) that has the power of God unto salvation, not our words, cleverness, nor pre-scripted scripts (Roms 1:16).

Between three men we cried out, called men to repentance, and did some preaching. We were able to distribute LOTS of Gospels tracts (which included both the Law & the Gospel). We also engaged in many ‘one on one’ conversations, whereas we gave clear presentations of the Law and Gospel (I generally do not upload private conversations). We observed lots of demonic activity, and the presence of the spirit of Jezebel. Sensuality was everywhere. Men threatened to harm and even kill us. Another threatened to throw me off the pier, as he grabbed me in attempt to push me backwards. At that time I turned my GoPro camera on, but he nearly yanked my camera off my chest. One preacher was struck in the face. Sadly many professed Christians opposed the proclamation of the Gospel, but thankfully a few Christians defended the preaching. Many Jezebels tried to tell us men how to evangelize. More Jezebels exposed their breasts as a mockery to the Gospel (that was edited out). The police responded three times, and they were always professional and mindful of our constitutional rights.

Many were armed with real swords, but we were armed with the Sword of the Lord. Jesus said, “Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I have come to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. And a person’s enemies will be those of his own household” (Matthew 10:34-36).
