Video of ‘Today I Issued Many Traffic Citations, Including Parking Enforcement’ (from Jeep to Jeep)

Because this Traffic Enforcement lady had a Jeep, I almost gave her a break. However I mustn’t allow my Jeep to impair my judgement. A Police Chaplain must remain impartial.
