Video Preaching in Big Bear city, their Oktoberfest + many Bars
Please understand that I was not “yelling” at these people (as some may suppose). I prefer to use amplification and speak with a normal tone. That way my voice inflection sounds more loving. But I did not want to give the police a legal right to shut me down. Henceforth I did not use amplification here, therefore I had to raise my voice. Truth is, there are times when amplification is inappropriate. “Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins” (Isaiah 58:1).
One Christian that was sitting to the rear of this lunch crowd, advised he heard the entire message “loud and clear.” He is a big time supporter of open-air preaching, as he named off names of many other street preachers.
I also distributed 500 tracts, labored at Oktoberfest, as well as many bars. I am thankful that the Lord created some fruitful responses after some of the preaching. One man in one bar (not seen here), was seemingly coming to repentance. This is an excerpt of today’s labor of love.
