My Merry Christmas wish to all of you
The more I grow in Christ (by God’s grace), the less important this day is to me, and the more important the other 364 days of the year are in regards to Christ. I look beyond the birth of Jesus, to see who Jesus truly was, truly is, and truly is to come.
Why did He come the way He did? Why did He have to die of such a brutal death? Because I have transgressed God’s Law (I’ve sinned), and that a sinner’s punishment is to be death, judgment, and a life sentence in hell fire, under the wrath of a holy Just God. But the Gospel (the Good news) is the remedy. That Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin birth, that He was the incarnate Christ. Though He was the distinct Second Person of the Trinity, He was still fully God and yet fully man. That He who knew no sin would later become the bludgeoned bloody sin sacrifice, as He atoned (propitiated) for the sins of His church (for those that would repent (metanoeó) and believe (pisteúō – to be entrusted & committed to Christ). That He died and was buried, and on the third day He rose again from His grave, forever concurring sin and defeating death on behalf of His bride (His church). That He is now seated at the right hand of the Father, being equal to the Father, to intercede on behalf of His church. That He will soon return on a white horse with a Sword emitting from His mouth, whereas He will take take-up His church, while executing war, wrath, and vengeance on those that did not repent and believe, and upon those that do not obey His Gospel. That He will cast the unregenerate unrepentant sinner into the lake of fire, which will be their second death.
That my friends, is the Baby Jesus of the Bible. May His followers (born-again Christians) reflect on Christ’s birth, life, death, resurrection, ascension, and His second coming every day of our life. And may our reflection of His majesty and holiness magnify Him daily. May those of you not yet saved, cry out to the Lord Jesus for salvation, repent and put your faith and trust in Christ alone for salvation.
That is my Christmas card to all of you. In the meantime, read my post on “are you good enough to go to heaven?’
Additionally: Here is a video preaching ‘God punished & forsook the baby Christmas Jesus (1 man responds to the Gospel, 2 ladies ask for prayer, 1 weeps, a 4th intercedes & 1 lady tells me to preach more)

I won’t be fed or led by this email from CBN, they missed the mark. This season that many call Christmas should not be about us, or our “miracles.” It’s a vertical holiday commemorating this miracle. That God came to us in the form of a Man. Jesus the Son of God, truly God and truly man, was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born a virgin birth. He led a perfect life, the life that none of us could live. He kept all of the Law perfectly, the Law that all of us broke. The Father then put Him on that Cross, where the Father poured out His wrath punishing Jesus as if He broke the Law, propitiating, expiating, and atoning for the sins of His elect (the church). Jesus then declared His bride (the elect) righteous before the father, imputing His righteousness onto His elect. His sinful elect was then treated as if they never sinned, and Jesus who never sinned, was treated as if He did. The Holy Spirit then granted His followers regeneration and repentance. HE saved me from the hell I deserved. That’s the Gospel in a nutshell, and I celebrate ‘that’ story. It’s not about us, my family, kids, or grandkids; it’s all about Jesus, and what the Triunity of the Godhead did for His elect.
