Video of “The Innocence Lost” as children are paraded through a zombie fest

This video is a jewel. The photos captured, and the editing work is great. But the fact that Paul and Kim Latour put their ‘boots on the ground,’ to evangelize this event is even greater.

These Zombie events are wicked and depraved. As Latour said, “The most difficult and heartbreaking part in bringing the gospel to the annual zombie walk through downtown Ottawa is not the depictions of blood, guts and gore, it’s some in the march who these things are depicted by: young children. Very young children.”

What’s worse is many ‘professed’ Christians are participating in this kind of sinful worldly nonsense. Your pastor probably won’t tell you this, but I will. If you have not yet experienced the ‘doctrine of sanctification’ in your life, I would examine the Scriptures to see is you really are in the faith (saved).

“Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified” (2 Corinthians 13:5).

A Christian (a follower of Christ) is commanded by God to bet ‘set apart’ (sanctified) from the worldly system. As said by many others, a Christ follower will ‘hate the things that God hates, and love the things that God loves.’ The following verses are for the church (the bride of Christ).

“But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires” (Romans 13:14).

“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light” (1 Peter 2:9).

“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God” (Romans 12:1-2).

“I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world” (John 17:15-18).
