Must see video of the funeral of Christopher Scott “Chris” Kyle, a United States Navy SEAL

Many will not appreciate, nor comprehend the opening prayer, remarks, nor some of the testimonies of Chris.

Chris was a “National hero,” and a “mighty warrior.” Unusually, Chris became a man known with “many kills” under his belt (160.) He took his calling seriously.

He was a man that “choked out” his buddy’s when he hugged them. But, as his wife said, he was “gentle” with her. Chris understood the words of Christ to be balanced, and to “be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.”

Moreover, Chris was a warrior for Christ. A man well respected for his ‘Biblical’ following of his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Chris did not follow an unbiblical jesus, with an unbiblical love. Nor did he conform to a worldly contemporary emergent church. I could picture Chris with locusts and honey upon his beard.

Thank You God for bringing up men like Chris. Oh Lord, we need many more like him. Please continue to pray for his lovely wife, and their children.
